The room we had was great value for money and cheap with TV, fresh linen, tea. The staff were pleasant people specially with a simple request that we 've asked, and location was particularly good and decent.

One child under 12 years - The hotel's convenient location near bus and MRT stations made it easy for us to explore Singapore with our little ones. The friendly staff provided helpful transportation tips.

I like the fact that the hotel seems to be pretty new, neat small hotel if i can say

the room seems to be 2 small, i was told room rate has been increased. i would pick other hotel that a bit more xpensive but with cosier n better public transport access and better facility. I almost pay a lot more if i hadn't checked my room rate that was published by bookings.com as well.

The hotel employees were super nice and made us feel welcome. The location was perfect, just a short distance away from Orchard Road and Clarke Quay. We had a blast shopping at the trendy boutiques and dancing the night away at the clubs. The room was cozy and comfortable, providing us with the much-needed rest after our adventures. We can't wait to come back and make more awesome memories!

The only thing we wished for was a more happening lobby area. As teenagers, we love to hang out and meet new people.

fragrance hotel exceeded my expectations during this stay. the room was clean and comfortable with convenient amenities like a hair-dryer and teapot. the friendly staff, especially ms shanthi, made our experience even better. the location was accessible to public transport and there were plenty of dining options nearby.

Best aspects of my Christmas stay included the convenient location of the hotel, situated right by a bus stop for easy transportation around the city. Another plus was the cleanliness of the hotel, which made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I loved the fact that there were several eateries nearby, offering a variety of delicious food options.

Worst aspects of my Christmas stay were the poor customer service and the lack of attention to detail. Despite arriving late in the evening, we were informed that our air conditioning was broken and had to be moved to a different hotel across the street.
